Technical Digital Marketing Manager 

Full-time
United States – Must Work East Coast Hours
Up to 10% Travel

Primary Purpose and Goal of Role  

Information Technology B2B digital marketing professional to lead strategic online initiatives from ideation to execution. 

Responsibilities

  • Utilize fundamental knowledge of Information Technology or Managed Security Services to construct and deliver relevant digital marketing strategies   
  • Develop and optimize clear, concise, high-quality content for website and social media that is both relevant and search engine optimized (SEO) to evangelize impactful messages 
  • Monitor and regularly report on campaigns for effectiveness, adjusting campaigns as required 
  • Develop website traffic plan with measurable goals and benchmarks  
  • Create high-impact visual content using Canva, Inkscape, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) to drive user engagement and higher SEO rankings 
  • Leverage social media platform algorithms to effectively reach target audience   
  • Manage all aspects of the marketing program including supervision of art and copywriting professionals and partnering with media specialists  
  • Design digital marketing connections to build a more personalized experience to enhance customer communication and loyalty

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced Digital Marketing training and qualifications 
  • Minimum five years recent B2B digital marketing experience, preferably within a technology company or similar environment 
  • Minimum three years creating and managing email marketing campaigns, lead generation, and search engine optimization (SEO) 
  • Minimum three years working with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio podcasts, etc.  
  • Expert knowledge of HTML and CSS required  
  • Authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future 
  • Strategic thinker with ability to implement and measure effectiveness of strategy 
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to convert data into useful strategies to drive business objectives 
  • Knowledge of most effective uses of social media, CRM systems, SEO  
  • Professional communicator in person, virtually or via email with ability to quickly build rapport   
  • Ensures only ethical marketing practices are used
