Primary Purpose and Goal of Role
Engage ISV Partners’ field sales organization, channels, and end customers to create and drive revenue opportunities for Quzara Cybertorch™ and ensure alignment with Quzara’s strategic direction.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with customers and co-sell partner connects
- Lead Quzara Microsoft MISA Program Development and Channel Alliances
- Drive adoption of Quzara Cybertorch™ across Microsoft Managed services providers and partners
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify solutions
- Create and execute Joint Partner Business Plans to accelerate Quzara Cybertorch™ revenue, target new markets, and ensure alignment with the Quzara Cybertorch™ strategic direction and ability to present same to diverse audience
- Understand the ISV’s technical requirements and work closely with the internal development team to guide the direction of Quzara Cybertorch™ and ISV product offering
- Provide ISV Partner feedback to internal product development teams to guide the direction of our product offerings.
- Support the partner’s solutions through formal Microsoft and AWS APN programs and other resources
- Prepare and give periodic business reviews to the Quzara senior management team
- Understand the legal, compliance, security, technical, and procurement considerations and certifications specific to the public sector that impact ISV partners
Requirements
- MBA, Master of Computer Science/Technology, or other advanced degree
- Four years minimum with large platform providers, including Amazon, Google, Salesforce, and Microsoft
- Four years minimum in business-to-business (B2B) software, including Software as a Service (“SaaS”) or other cloud-based technologies, preferably working for a SaaS company building a partner ecosystem with solutions or innovation programs
- Four years minimum managing joint GTM initiatives with technology partners, including development and tracking of joint sell-with and sell-through business activities
- Three years minimum partner management or relevant experience
- Three years minimum initiating and driving new business opportunities
- Three years minimum conducting spreadsheet analysis and data management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience articulating concepts to cross-functional audiences
- Authorized to work in United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Strong collaboration with key internal stakeholders to drive revenue, target new markets and align with strategic direction
- Ability to make sound and ethical decisions business development account management
- Consistently apply a strategic perspective in negotiations and analytics regarding contractual, technical, and financial issues with partners
- Foster innovation in market analysis, solution strategy, solution marketing, partnering, alliance relationships, and channel development
- Lead teamwork, especially in the areas of trend identification, examining relative benefits and risks, and the financial implications of transactions for large institutions
