
Identity & Access Management (IAM) Architect
Full-time
United States – Must Work East Coast Hours
Up to 10% Travel
Primary Purpose and Goal of Role
Identify, evaluate, and solution complex IAM and technology risks, evaluate and implement controls to mitigate risks, and identify and communicate opportunities for internal control improvement for external clients and internal team. Read more about this position with Quzara today.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement
- Responsible to install, integrate, and maintain one or more Identity & Access Management products such as Okta, Microsoft AD, and AWS AD in client environments
- Communicate the IAM aspects of both the production support and maintenance at the technical and functional level to maintain or resolve a technical situation
- Facilitate use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and/or implement products and services



REQUIREMENTS
- BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business, Math, or equivalent related experience
- Identity & Access Governance including role-based access control, access request and certification
- Five years minimum IAM Architecture experience
- Three years minimum technical architecture experience to include integrating identity management, access management and access governance software into client infrastructure and applications
- Drive quality through strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Three years minimum in a client environment with installation, integration, and deployment of Sailpoint, Microsoft AD, Okta, CyberArk, ForgeRock, BeyondTrust and/or AWS AD
- Two years minimum experience with the following programming languages: Java, JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL
- Ability to recruit high caliber technology professionals with federal government experience
- Maintain and adjust HR policies to ensure clarify and ensure policy awareness within organization
- Comfortable collaborating in a virtual environment
- Ability to clearly articulate to management, field leads, and others preferred courses of action and rationale
- Identify legal issues and able to escalate timely when appropriate
